We caught up with the Bride and Groom after their special day to learn more about their decision in choosing Brown’s and the different options of hiring vs buying their suits.
Overall what was your experience like in working with Browns?
“Peter was so helpful when we were deciding what to choose and he found us the exact look we were going for! It was easy to get everyone in and measured up and then pickup and return was easy as well.”
What made you decide to hire rather than buy the suits?
“We chose a tuxedo style and didn’t think it would get worn again, another factor was that we didn’t want the groomsmen to have to spend a lot of money so hiring was more affordable.”
Which team member did you work with and how did you find them to work with?
“Peter, he was the first person we spoke to and has always been in store whenever we have gone in! (Does he sleep at the store? haha)”
Would you recommend the hire option to friends or family that are in similar situations?
“We highly recommend hiring, we thought that unless the groomsmen were in need of a new suit its a bit rough to ask them to spend hundreds of dollars on a suit you are choosing! You also know they come clean and pressed, and you don’t have to worry about cleaning them afterwards yourself. Its also nice to hire shoes so they are all matching. “
