Special Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview

Customers will receive 30% off selected items during the promotional period.
In addition, customers who spend over $300 (after discounts are applied) on qualifying products will receive three (3) x $20 vouchers to use on future purchases.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The offer applies to transactions including Selected Items
• To qualify for the voucher reward, the combined total of Selected Items in a single transaction must exceed $300 after all discounts are applied.
• Purchases that include Excluded Items (listed below) will still be eligible for the offer, provided the total of qualifying items (Selected) exceeds $300.
• This offer is not able to be used if creating a new Lay-By

3. Excluded Items

The following items are excluded from both the 30% discount and from qualifying spend calculations:

• Suit Hire
• Existing Lay-Bys
• Custom Made items
• Special Orders
• Alterations
• RM Williams Comfort Craftsman boots
• Cambridge suits
• Akubra hats
• Products already discounted greater than 30%
• Subject to change as published here at any time

4. Vouchers

• Customers who qualify will receive three (3) x $20 vouchers, totalling $60 in value.
• Vouchers can only be redeemed on Full Priced Items.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount or cash
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed within the same transaction.
• Vouchers are valid from 1^st January 2026 and expire on 28 February 2026
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash
• Vouchers will be generated and emailed to customers within 3 business days of their order

Special Offer – Example Scenarios

Below are examples to help clarify how eligibility works for the 30% Off Selected Items promotion and the 3 x $20 voucher reward.

Example 1 – Single Item Under $300 (No Vouchers)

A customer purchases a suit jacket normally priced at $420.
With the 30% discount, the sale price is $294.
Because the value of the Selected Items after discount is below $300, the customer does not qualify for the 3 x $20 vouchers.

Example 2 – Selected Item + Alterations (No Vouchers)

A customer purchases a suit jacket normally priced at $420 and adds sleeve alterations costing $75.
The jacket is discounted to $294, while alterations remain $75 (alterations are not discounted).
The total transaction is $369, but only the value of the Selected Items counts toward eligibility.
Since the qualifying amount is $294, the customer does not qualify for the vouchers.

Example 3 – Suit Hire (Not Eligible)

A customer hires a suit.
Because Suit Hire is not a Selected Item, the transaction is not eligible for the 30% discount or the 3 x $20 vouchers.

Example 4 – Two Selected Items Over $300 (Qualifies)

A customer purchases two Selected Items:

• Shirt (normally $120 → discounted to $84)
• Jacket (normally $360 → discounted to $252)

The combined discounted total is $336.
Because the total value of the Selected Items after discount exceeds $300, the customer qualifies for the 3 x $20 vouchers.
