Fit Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your suit, we will offer one of the following remedies to ensure your complete confidence in the garment. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
ALTERATIONS
We will complete any further alterations required to perfect the fit, using our trusted network of tailors at no additional cost to you.
REMAKES
If alterations cannot achieve the fit agreed upon during your preliminary and final fitting consultations, we will remake your suit, free of charge.
RETURNS
Once a garment has been approved and is officially yours, we are unable to accept returns, as it has been custom-made to your specifications. This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law as you are always entitled to a full refund for a faulty item.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to make a suit?
We generally recommend allowing up to 8 weeks from start to finish. Though in most cases, everything is ready within 5 to 6 weeks. This timeline helps ensure plenty of room for fittings, adjustments, and a smooth, stress-free experience.
Do I need an appointment?
For custom-made suits, we recommend booking an appointment. Each consultation typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, and by securing a time, we can ensure a dedicated team member is ready to assist you the moment you arrive. It’s the best way to guarantee the attention and service your custom suit deserves.
I have a favourite suit/shirt/jacket/trousers that I love. Can you recreate it for me in a different fabric?
Yes, we can absolutely reproduce an existing garment, incorporating different finishes or updated design elements. Having a piece you already love provides an excellent reference point, allowing us to tailor and enhance the design to suit your preferences while maintaining the features that work best for you.
Will you keep records of my sizing for repeat orders?
Yes, we keep detailed records of your sizing, making repeat orders simple and efficient. Once we have your measurements, placing future orders is a breeze, just choose your preferred finishes like fabric, buttons, and lining, and we’ll recreate your previous fit with the option for any minor adjustments you may need.
I would like to design or provide my own fabric from which to create a garment, is that doable?
Yes, we can assist you in designing and producing your own custom fabric, adding a truly unique touch to your garment. This allows you to create something entirely personal, ensuring your finished piece is one of a kind.
